Benefits of working at Superawesome
While specific options vary based on the position, we provide access to available conferences, lectures, courses and literature upon request. All that we ask in return is for the employee to share their experience in what they learned in some form, be it via our Wednesday's Office Hours, or in video or written form.
In this role you will be expected to not only fulfil product-level design requests, but create, lead, and deliver similar initiatives of your own. This means that your primary job is to know the business requirements, help your teammates understand them, identify opportunities within them, and collaboratively turn these opportunities into useful features for the end-users.
This one is not for the faint of heart. The job is everything but cookie-cutter, so if you are looking for an easy gig feel free to pass on this one.
We're looking for a special kind of designer to join the staff augmented team for one of our favorite clients — Aligni. This kind of designer doesn't necessarily create jaw-dropping UIs, but where they really excel is in understanding the product they are working on from business, to user.
The product is complex, the problems are domain-specific, and their in-house team is top-notch. Fortunately for you, Superawesome has been working with Aligni for years, so there is some tribal knowledge in our ranks which we will be able to pass on to make your onboarding go as smooth as possible.
You will belong to a small design team which you will lead and oversee, but will be in continuous communication with engineers, marketers, and especially stakeholders.

You will report directly to the top stakeholder, as well as to management at Superawesome.
