We're looking for a savvy digital ads manager to join our team, and take our client's paid campaigns to the next level. If creating data-driven strategies is your thing, and you have a knack for optimizing ad performance across Meta and Google platforms, we want to hear from you.
This role combines analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to deliver campaigns that not only reach targets but genuinely resonate with audiences.
Regularly monitor and report on ad campaigns and performance in primarily Meta and Google platforms, making suggestions for improvement and executing changes.
Manage budget effectively for optimal RoAS.
Manage campaign structure, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
Regularly monitor competitors' advertising strategies, and industry trends to keep the campaigns innovative and competitive.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ad concepts that resonate with the target audience.
3+ years of experience in digital advertising, particularly on Meta, and Google.
Knowledge of ad platforms, targeting options, and optimization techniques.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute innovative ad strategies.
Strong understanding of brand voice, and audience engagement.
Excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
Operational (medior)
This is an unlimited duration, full or part time position.
We guarantee fair compensation based on the skill level of the candidate.
Working hours are roughly 1000–1800, provided there's enough overlap with clients' timezones.
We will consider candidates local to Novi Sad, as well as remote candidates.
