I read the licence, but would like to make sure I understand it.

Am I allowed to use uni-form in an item for resale (for example, a site template), as long as I keep the attribution and share any modifications I might make?

    Thanks

    From the CC licence page:

If you alter, transform, or build upon this work, you may distribute the resulting work only under the same, similar or a compatible license.

You are charging for your work, I don’t know which license you are using, so I would guess no, but that would be the main difference. I personally don’t have anything against you putting Uni–Form in a theme or whatever that you would charge for, but I don’t have the time to deal with the legalese ATM (I barely have time for UF itself), but I would say I personally have nothing against UF being implemented into a non–free template. People use UF all the time for their client’s projects that they get compensated for, so I fail to see why your case would be any different.
