General Questions

Do you accept outsourced/offshored work?
We don't have anything against accepting outsourced/offshored work, we are certainly not an outsource shop. It came to our attention though, that our rates aren't best suited for those kind of services. But hey, if it's good for you it's good for us.
Is Superawesome really a company or is it just one guy saying "we" but means "I"?
Yes, Superawesome Industries is really a registered company (ID: 60772495, PIB: 105116202), but it is pretty much a one man show.

Contact Related Questions

How long do I have to wait for a reply?
We will reply to emails usually within a week.
Why haven't I received a reply from you guys?
We can't possibly reply to all emails (we get tons of it), we are a very small firm and we're rather focused on production work. If it was an RFP we didn't reply to - it's most likely we're not interested in the project.
Can I get your phone number?
No, but you can schedule a Skype or an IM meeting.
  • IM (gTalk):
  • Skype: dragan.babic

RFP Related Questions

We are a non-profit, can we get a discount?
It is possible we share a common interest, send us an email and we'll see what we can do.
We have a project that is 99% done and needs just a little touch-up, can you help?
We prefer not to inherit projects from someone else, so most likely not, but it really depends on the situation.
We have a really small project, can you do it for free or for a link in the footer?
No.
Before we decide to give you the job, we'd like a mockup first, doable?
Do you order from a restaurant and ask for samples of dishes to be brought over so you can taste them before ordering? The answer would be - no, we don't do spec work.
Can you start right away?
It is a possibility. So is a meteor hitting the Earth and annihilating all life. But seriously, most likely not, we always put up a banner on our contact and questionnaire pages to indicate our availability.
How do you charge?
By the hour or per project. It depends on the project at hand.

Financial Questions

Why do I have to pay an advance?
An advance ensures that you are serious about the project and that the work that is put into developing the initial concepts is paid for regardless of the outcome of the project (cancellation, etc.). You can't ask for a return on your advance.
How do you handle payment?
Throughout the project. Before the project can start an advance must be received, after that, the fee is payed in chunks as each predefined project faze is completed.
Do you accept PayPal?
Sadly no, we do MoneyBookers.com though.
Is the wire transfer fee included in the price?
No, the client pays for the wire.

Project Development And Design Process Questions

Can you make turnarounds quicker?
We are geared towards being as time efficient as possible, if it is within our abilities we most certainly will.
How many initial concepts do you deliver? How many iterations per concept?
In case of Web sites we deliver one initial concept by default because we believe that it is better to focus on one quality solution, rather than deliver three average ones. We do more initial concepts per request though, also we do up to five iterations per concept. When we do logos we deliver several initial concepts, never more than three though.

Interested In Working With Us?

We ask all of our clients to fill out a little questionnaire which helps us in understanding your needs better, but also helps you to communicate those needs to us. Please take a couple of minutes to fill it out, it won't be long and boring, we promise!

Have a Tight Deadline?

No problem, we have faced them before and it's nothing new to us, we do pretty good in crisis situations. Please keep in mind we will probably have to charge extra for the rush work to cover the additional expenses of getting more people on board to compensate for the lack of time.
