Would you like to hire us?

Yes

We're thrilled that you're interested to work with us. Download the project sheet (.txt), fill it out, and send it to projects@sprawsm.com. We'll be in touch shortly.

Things to know

when considering Superawesøme for your project.

* book us for a very short period of time (not more than a couple of days), provided we are in a position to accept, we will work on your project exclusively, full time.

Our process.

This is how we run design projects.

  1. The Request

Download our project sheet(.txt) and fill it out with as much information as possible. Anything extra you may have you are willing to share at this stage (wireframes, sketches, etc.) are always a welcome addition. Send it over. Please be aware that we will not participate in design contests or work on a speculatory basis.

  2. The Follow–Up

Once we review your inquiry, we'll schedule a quick chat with you. Through this follow–up chat we will ask some general questions to try and determine if we're a good fit. If everything goes well, we will respond with a cost and time estimate which is valid for five days. If you should need more time to respond, just let us know.

  3. The Contract

You've accepted our estimate? That's great. Now, since you are about to become a Superawesøme customer, we need to sign a contract. We will send you a copy of our Statement of Work document (SoW) we will need signed and returned. It is a document defining the terms of our working relationship.

  4. The Advance

It is required that you make an advance payment (usually 30%) in order to reserve the (previously agreed upon) time slot. This payment is non–returnable and it shows you are serious about working with us. It's also used to cover the costs of the first phase of the project (the advance is used up as the project progresses).

  5. The Kick–Off

Once we confirm we have recived the signed statement of work and the advance, we will clear the project for kick–off, which means we start working. Worth noting is that from here on out we will be collecting payments from you, and submitting invoices and timesheets to you bi–weekly; meaning every other week.

  6. Research & Discovery

Each project starts with a research phase. In order to produce quality results we need to get to know your industry and competition, and we do that through gathering data from you or elsewhere, researching your competitors’ websites and services, etc. This is how we define our design goals — what the design will need to acomplish.

  7. The Initial Concept

Based on the results of the R&D phase, we will come up with an initial concept of the most important page/screen (not necessarily the home page). We work on this design through short iterations (2-3 days) while closely communicating with you, and taking you through our design decisions until we reached a satisfactory solution.

  8. The Design

Once the foundation for the design is signed off on, we’re ready to move on to the other pages/screens/etc. At this point we might decide to switch to designing in the browser in order to save time. We like to get a feel of how the design will actually work for your users in the browser as soon as possible.

  9. The Delivery

Depending on the format of our deliverables (.psd files, fully coded static templates, a functional website/application, etc.), and by confirming that everything else is in order, we declare victory and launch — job done. You take over from here, and we hope we'll see eachother for another project.

10. Designing an initial version of a website doesn’t mean our work is over. After some real–world testing by your users, you should return to us with some data on how the website can be improved.

We will be happy to help. Contact us.
