Know When To Quit
Dragan on 28. Dec '07 3
You have to face it, simply not all projects can have a positive outcome for the both parties involved (meaning the designer as a service provider and the client), some of them will be ugly. It’s a fact, it is not pleasant experience, but nevertheless they happen from time to time.
You Have To Know When Enough Is Enough
Knowing when to drop a bad project is essential in keeping your business functioning properly, but even more importantly for keeping your health. Problems at work tend to reflect on to every possible aspect of your life, so learn quickly, assess situations fast and act in order to prevent the disaster.
Take notice that I haven’t brought up money before, but rest assured – you’re gonna lose a lot of that as well, but that’s not even the point. So beside the usual well wishing that takes place this time of the year – we wish you to learn when to quit and save yourself from the frustration and the physical and mental toll that comes with it, and hopefully it will take you one more step closer to your goals. It’s kind of weird saying quit in order to advance in something, but as death is a part of life, so is quitting a part of success, and you should well know when to.
Get you timing sharp, have fun with everything you do, don’t let people get you down. Stand strong.
Happy holidays from the Superawesome Industries team.

“asses situations” = Freudian slip?

Hehe, more like “calculate” or “evaluate”, with the missing second “s” I just added in there. ;)
Cheers!
